    Want gaslighting, lying and no trade responsibility? They are your guys!

    When I saw the car (photographed in a way that covered all its flaws) and its description I wanted to check with them. I called, asked questions and as I did - I was questioned why I wanted to know more about the condition of the car. Considering I was buying from a distance, not being able to see the car this was rather a normal procedure. Yet they acted like my questions were too much. After the car was delivered it became clear why. The delivery date and time were agreed. On the day, there was no contact and hours after the car was meant to be delivered I contacted them asking what happened. To which - with a surprised tone - they tried to gaslight me saying that we agreed on a different day and time. As a gesture of good will I agreed to stay home on another day. The car was meant to be delivered around noon. It wasn't. I was stalled a few time that day. It turned out they had other cars to see, collect on the way. So the car was delivered almost at night (we finished the transaction around midnight). The delivered car was nothing like in the description. Wheels and tyres described as in "excellent" condition needed to be changed. One went flat after second short trip I did in the car. Brake pads and discs needed to be changed. Both were mentioned on the advisory of MOT. When asked about it (had to do an online check to see this) I was told it's a minor thing and they would last another year. When went to a garage I was told it was a matter of safety. The condition of the bodywork was meant to be "excellent". When car was delivered at night I only managed to see many chips. The next day - when examined in daylight - I noticed one whole wheel arch was painted. And the paintwork looked terrible with visible strokes. Additionally the car was meant to come with an insurance. Again - I was stalled for not weeks, but months. The papers never came in mail. Stay away from this seller! They avoid responsibility, provide misleading descriptions and gaslight their customer

    Poor service and care of my purchase.

    Initial contact was ok, didn’t call when said, but hey. Sadly they started to fall short when it came to the car being delivered. Demanding that a previously agreed (2 weeks earlier) delivery time, changed with less than 24 hours notice, insisting that I was being unreasonable for having to alter my plans to accommodate this. When the car arrived, all the tyres were flat, one with a puncture. The coolant bottle was empty, a daylight running light, that they’d agreed to fix, was still faulty, and the inside of the car had mould on the rear seat, and was full of rubbish in the foot wells. The car had clearly not had a clean, in between its previous owner. In a time of Covid-19, this is disgusting, let alone the car, with no coolant and flat tyres, being unsafe! I have contacted the sales person, but he appears to have now blocked me. I went with this company because of the previous positive reviews, but after this experience I would advise anyone to give them a wide berth!

    Excellent service

    From the moment I went to view the car that I saw online these guys were great. Really friendly & approachable. The lady on reception was so polite & easy to strike a conversation with. I was very keen to get my new purchase on the said date & they pulled it out of the bag & stuck to there word that it would be ready. On arrival to collect my car again these guys were welcoming & had a laugh with & didn't feel rushed at all even though it was past the closing time. Love my car so far & definitely would recommend them & use them again. Great selection & different price ranges of vehicles too.
